By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (also referred to as Terms of Use). Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Products & Prices

  • Prices are in SEK and include VAT.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual colors may vary.

  • We reserve the right to change prices and product offerings at any time.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed via email.

  • Payment is made through the checkout options provided.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

3. Right of Withdrawal / Returns (14 Days)

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw, without giving a reason.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached.

  • If tags are removed or the item is handled more than necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, or functioning, a reasonable deduction may be made.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned item or proof of return.

  • Shipping costs for orders outside of Sweden are non-refundable

4. Delivery & Risk

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

  • Risk passes to you upon delivery.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

5. Complaints & Warranty

  • Swedish Consumer Sales Act applies.

  • Defects must be reported within a reasonable time.

  • Contact us to initiate a complaint.

 

7. Personal Data

  • Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and GDPR.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

  • Swedish law applies.

  • Disputes should first be resolved through dialogue.

  • Consumers may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on the website.
